(CNN) - Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip,will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary Monday, and Buckingham Palace has released new photos of them to mark the occasion.
The portraits were taken at Windsor Castle in early November.
British photographer Matt Holyoak of the photo agency Camera Press took the photos, a nod to the couple’s’ personal history. The very first assignment for Camera Press was photographing their wedding back in 1947.
That event attracted worldwide attention and was broadcast on radio to 200 million people around the world.
