STAFFORD, TX (KTRK/CNN) – Police on Thursday used a Taser on a naked man who was trying to open car doors at a busy intersection in Stafford, near Houston.
A motorist, hip-hop artist Candyman, captured the incident on video. It shows the man without clothes walking among vehicles, even yanking on the doors of some. "He started coming toward us and I said, 'Awe man, he is naked,'" Candyman told KTRK.
Officers arrived and asked the man to stop moving and get on the ground.
When he refused to comply and lunged at officers, a Taser was used on him. KTRK said the man was taken to the hospital for mental and physical care.
