SAN ANTONIO, TX (KABB/WOAI/CNN) - A man is dead after authorities say he was impaled on a fence after a high-speed crash early Friday morning.
Sheriff's deputies believe the man was speeding when he lost control of his car, struck a curb and knocked down about 50 feet of fencing.
When authorities got to the scene, they found the man impaled on the fence.
The area around the accident site was closed to traffic for nearly four hours.
