COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (KXRM/CNN) - Accused Planned Parenthood shooter Robert Dear was again found incompetent to stand trial.
looked noticeably different when he appeared in court Thursday afternoon, wearing a green jumpsuit and being slimmed down.
Cameras weren't allowed in court as they had been in previous hearings.
Dear is accused of killing three and wounding nine others in an attack on a Planned Parenthood facility in November 2015.
Dear shouted out several times during the 10-minute hearing. He walked in saying he was for women's rights and saying happy late Mother's Day.
District attorney Dan May said there is no timeframe on when Dear could be returned to competency.
Dear is being held at the Colorado State Mental Health Institute in Pueblo, CO. He shouted in court that he is being forcefully medicated and that he had a chemical lobotomy.
The prosecution requested to see hospital records.
The case is set to receive a new judge. Four people have applied for the position of chief judge, and when Dear heard all four were male he shouted that it was a shame and that he was hoping for a pro-abortion judge.
