(CNN) - The U.S. Coast Guard shared images of a rescue operation in the U.S. Virgin Islands in the wake of Hurricane Irma.
The Coast Guard cutter Valiant rescued 99 people, including 78 adults and 12 kids, along with 13 pets, from Saint Thomas Tuesday.
They were taken to the cutter and transferred to Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Sky to be taken to Puerto Rico.
Along with Norwegian, Royal Caribbean has contributed a cruise ship to help bring back tourists left stranded by Irma.
