Missile triggers sirens, warnings in Japan

(CNN) - In most countries, the birth of a leader's child would be big news. But not in North Korea.

According to South Korea's national intelligence service, North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is believed to have welcomed his third child in February. It's not known if the baby is a boy or a girl, or anything else about the child.

South Korea says it does imply that Kim's wife remains an influential figure in North Korea, though little is known publicly about her. It's believed that Kim's first child is a boy, born in 2010, and his second child is a girl, born in 2013.
