NEW YORK (WABC/CNN) - Four people were rescued from a Brooklyn power plant Wednesday after they got stuck in an elevator more than 200 feet underground.
A Con-Ed employee and three private contractors sustained minor injuries when the elevator stopped suddenly.
Rescue crews placed the workers in harnesses and extracted them one by one through the elevator shaft.
Con-Ed says it will investigate why the elevator got stuck.
