(CNN) - The current Mega Millions lottery jackpot has climbed to a whopping $393 million.
The cash payoff amount would be about $246 million.
The drawing will be held at 11 p.m. Eastern on Friday.
It's the biggest Mega Millions jackpot in a while, but it's not a record.
The largest amount ever was $656 million in March 2012.
Three people had winning tickets, winning $218.6 million each.
