(CNN) - You deserve a break today – from your mobile phone.
The good news is McDonald’s has installed smartphone lockers to encourage families to look and engage with each other instead of the World Wide Web.
The bad news: it's in Singapore.
It’s part of a movement called “Phone off. Fun on.”
Customers are encouraged to talk and interact with each other while eating.
The burger giant did a survey of more than 300 parents.
A majority said they use their phones during meal time.
Although the campaign targets families, the phone locker service is free for anyone to use.
The campaign may make it to the United States one day. McDonald’s is considering whether to expand the service to other outlets.
