JACKSONVILLE, FL (WJXT/CNN) - Police have arrested a man suspected of tossing pipe bombs at a dental office in Jacksonville, Florida.
A police bomb squad went to the parking lot Friday night, after receiving reports of smoke.
That's where officers arrested the suspect, who has not been identified yet.
He told police he was a tossing smoke bombs from has balcony to test them for the Fourth of July.
One of the bombs went off, but it didn't cause any damage.
Police are checking if the suspect was involved in a similar incident last year, and charges against him are pending.
