CAMDEN COUNTY, MO (KMIZ/CNN) – One man is dead and another person is under treatment after a boat exploded on Sunday at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Ronald Moore, 76, was pronounced dead at the hospital, KMIZ reports.
Susan Abele Burns, 58, is in critical condition.
The blast took place near the gas pumps at Pier 31, and left the boat charred. Officials are investigating the cause of the accident. Both victims were taken by helicopter to University Hospital.
