(CNN) - Forbes magazine has named Jerry Seinfeld the highest-paid comedian in the world.
The finance publication released its list of the top-earning comedians who are still working.
Seinfeld took the number one spot, earning $69 million between June 2016 and June 2017.
Syndication paychecks for the 90s comedy "Seinfeld," which he co-created, are part of his windfall.
So is Netflix, which inked a deal with Seinfeld for two exclusive stand-up specials and new episodes of "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee."
The next highest-paid comedians, in order, are Chris Rock, Louis CK, Dave Chappelle, Amy Schumer, Kevin Hart and Jim Gaffigan.
