PAWTUCKET, RI (WPRI/CNN) - Police are investigating a violent home invasion that has a Rhode Island neighborhood on edge.
Authorities say the attackers posed as pizza delivery drivers to get a child to open the front door. They then bound three members of a family with duct tape on Tuesday night.
A boy, 12, his mother and his grandmother were tied up. The suspects stole several items.
One of the women managed to get free and go to neighbors for help. The crime is under investigation, WPRI reported.
