DORAL, FL (CNN) – Police released body camera video Monday of their showdown with a man who opened fire at the Trump National Doral Miami resort.
Miami-Dade and Doral police responded to the incident and arrested 42-year-old Jonathan Oddi in the lobby of the resort Friday.
Body camera video shows police firing shots and dodging bullets.
Investigators said Oddi went into the resort and pulled out a gun after making negative comments about President Donald Trump.
The suspect was shot in the leg and one officer suffered a broken wrist.
Oddi is now in jail on charges of attempted murder, assault and burglary.
