(CNN) - Actress and singer Naya Rivera is facing a domestic battery charge.
The "Glee" star was arrested Saturday night in West Virginia.
She was arraigned on the misdemeanor charge just after midnight Sunday morning.
The judge released her on bond.
According to local TV station WSAZ, Rivera's husband, Ryan Dorsey, claimed she hit him in the head and lip while they were taking their 2-year-old son for a walk.
Rivera filed for divorce from the actor in 2016 but called off their separation last month.
They got married in 2014.
