(CNN/RNN) - Former FBI Director James Comey revealed his secret Twitter account Monday with a tweeted picture from Iowa.
Comey wrote, "Goodbye Iowa. On the road home."
The post shows Comey standing in the middle of a country road. “Gotta get back to writing. Will try to tweet in useful ways."

Most of the tweets on his account are of picturesque landscapes.
Gizmodo reported about the not-so-secret @formerbu account back in March, speculating it belonged to Comey.
A big hint that the account belonged to Comey came with a tweet in March. A meme of Ron Burgundy from the movie “Anchorman” saying “Actually I’m not even mad. That’s amazing” with a link to the job board at the FBI website.

The name on the account is Reinhold Niebuhr, who was a real person. Niebuhr was a theologian and professor who won the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 29164.
Comey has a book due out next spring, which will focus on his career.
The former FBI director has been mostly off the radar since he was fired from his post in May by President Donald Trump amid the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia.
