PHILADELPHIA, PA (KYW/CNN) - Things are heating up between Philadelphia and Boston ahead of the 52nd Super Bowl.
One Philly business - Dottie's Donuts - is refusing to sell Boston cream doughnuts until after the big game.
Esplanade Park in Boston responded with a ban on beloved Philly fare, including cheesesteaks.
Quinton Johnson with Dottie's Donuts says what started as a joke has turned into a business boon.
"It was a joke. I mean, at first, everything starts as an idea. But, it just blew up, I guess. That's the power of the information age," Johnson said,
Dottie's Donuts even created some new treats just for the Super Bowl, including "Grease-Poll Pastries."
