RNN) - A Florida man grabbed an umbrella and cold-cocked a guy on the beach who was threatening people with a gun, The Northwest Florida Daily News reported.
Wes Woodin, a beach attendant, posted the video on his Facebook page with the comment, “This is what happens when you bring a gun to an umbrella fight.”
Witnesses told that the the guy got into an argument over an inflatable octopus. He left for a while then came back with a gun in a fanny pack
The guy kept putting his hand on the gun and threatening to shoot it, Woodin said.

Woodin told the Daily News that he was carrying a load of umbrellas and dropped all but one.
He swung it like a baseball bat and dropped the guy.
“I swung the umbrella, hit him in the face, knocked him out,” Woodin said. He picked up the gun and cleared the chamber.
The injured gunman was taken to a hospital.
