(RNN) - A Florida man delivering Chinese food to three men who set him up to be robbed threw the Chinese food at them, pulled his pistol and blasted away. He hit at least one.
Jacksonville police said the men called in an order and had it delivered to a vacant house. When the delivery driver showed up, two men opened the door and shined a green laser in his eyes. He said he could tell the laser came from the bottom of a pistol one of the men was pointing at him.
They told him multiple times to come in the house, saying "It's over," he told police. But when he turned to run, another man with a gun headed him off.
He threw the Chinese food at the third man, pulled his Glock and fired four or five times. He later told a witness he fired one-handed because he didn't have to time to bring his second hand up.
Two of the men have been arrested, police said, and another is still on the loose.
