BRECKENRIDGE, CO (CNN) - Nearly 500 residents near Breckenridge, CO, were evacuated on Wednesday due to a growing wildfire.
The fire sparked in Summit County, and was estimated to be about 80 acres in size by Wednesday night. Firefighters are battling the flames by ground and air.
Officials have warned residents in Breckenridge, Gold Hill and Silver Shekel to be ready to evacuate.
No structures have been destroyed yet.
