(CNN) - A popular singer and actor left a huge tip for the staff at a North Carolina restaurant.
New Kids on the Block's Donnie Wahlberg got the royal treatment at Waffle House in Charlotte, NC.
So he decided to return the favor.
Not only did the singer and "Blue Bloods" star take photos with staff and customers. He left a $2,000 tip on a check that was about $80.
In a Facebook live video, Wahlberg tells a waitress she and her mom are getting tickets and backstage passes to see Thursday's show in Charlotte.
And of course you're wondering what Wahlberg had to eat.
Customers say he had waffles, hashbrowns and coffee.
