Comey testimony: What comes next?

(CNN) - President Donald Trump's attorney said he will file a complaint against former FBI director James Comey with the Justice Department inspector general and the Senate judiciary committee.

The move comes after Comey testified that he gave memos about his conversations with the president to a friend to leak to the media. It is unclear when attorney Marc Kasowitz will file the complaints, but sources said they are actively exploring their options.

Comey testified Thursday that the memos he wrote were unclassified. Disseminating unclassified information is generally not considered leaking.

Kasowitz said they will leave it the appropriate authorities to determine whether the leaks should be investigated.

On Friday, Trump got on Twitter and accused Comey of lying and leaking.
