SPAIN (CNN) - One elephant has been killed and two others were injured after the circus truck carrying them rolled over on a highway in south-west Spain.
The accident occurred when the truck moved into the right-hand lane and rolled over.
The accident blocked the Spanish highway, leading many travelers to get out their vehicles to photograph the elephants on the loose.
A spokesman for Circo Gottani, confirmed one of his circus elephants was killed on Monday in the road accident.
