PHILADELPHIA (KYW/CNN) - Police in Philadelphia are investigating the discovery of a burned body on top of a train.
The discovery was made Friday morning atop a SEPTA train bound for Chestnut Hill.
A spokesperson for the transit agency said the body was already no top of the train when it pulled into Jefferson Station.
Police say the victim was a black mail between 16 and 20 years old with burns all over his body.
It has not yet been determined how the man died or how long his body had been on top of the train.
