(CNN) - The battle between Bumble and Tinder is heating up.
On Thursday, Bumble filed a countersuit against Tinder's owner for $400 million.
Two weeks ago, Tinder's parent company "Match Group" filed a lawsuit against Bumble, accusing it of patent infringement and stealing trade secrets.
Bumble calls the lawsuit baseless.
Bumble counter-sued suggesting that Match Group went on the offensive after Bumble turned down a buyout offer.
A spokesperson for Match Group has not commented about the new suit.
