DEWITT, AR (KATV/CNN) - Witnesses report a large number of geese flying in the area at the time of a fatal helicopter crash, raising the possibility that a bird strike may have brought it down.
Sunday's crash killed two members of an EMS air medic crew and their pilot.
It was on its way to a hospital to pick up a patient when it went down.
The FAA and NTSB are investigating what happened.
It may take weeks or months before a cause is determined.
