(RNN) - If you were hoping to see Justin Bieber live, you've missed your chance.
The star announced on his website Monday that all future tour dates have been canceled "due to unforeseen circumstances."
The announcement comes days after China blocked Bieber from performing due to his previous "bad behavior." The tour was scheduled to conclude with stops in several Asian cities.
The "Purpose" stadium tour had been going since March 2016. Upcoming dates included some U.S. stops at AT&T Stadium, the Rose Bowl and Gillette Stadium.
The announcement said, "Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over the last 18 months. He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run. However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase."
