AUSTIN, TX (KXAN/CNN) - A baby girl in Texas was listed in critical condition after being found in a dumpster near an apartment complex Wednesday morning.
Police said a passerby spotted the infant and called for help.
Medics took the newborn to an area children's hospital.
The police department's Child Abuse unit is investigating the case.
