TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - For twelve weeks, fans voted on our #WTXLFNF Play of the Week. Those twelve plays were then put into a bracket until a "Play of the Year" was determined.
The winner? Kris Reed from Chiles High School, who took 75% of the votes from Valwood's Cam Walker to claim "Play of the Year" honors.
"I just want to thank everybody that voted for me," he said. "I just want to thank the student body and everybody. It really was a good season with these boys. I wouldn't want to be playing with anybody else but them."
Reed and the entire Chiles High School coaching staff received t-shirts for their accomplishment.
