Moultrie, GA (WTXL) -- Winning is expected at Colquitt. The Packers won 30 games in a row though including back-to-back state titles.  Now the challenge is reloading and trying to win a third.  However, head coach Rush Propst will not let his team get too involved with worrying about finishing this season undefeated.

"(45-0) has been mentioned, but I shut that talk down,"  Colquitt head coach Rush Propst said.  "I don't talk about that.  I am going to talk about our tradition and what we have been through and how this team has to gain its own identity for the 2016 season."

Colquitt lost starting quarterback Chase Parrish.  Still they can rely on last year's backup quarterback Jay Saunders.  He has plenty of experience after getting most of the reps during the state title week last year while Chase was sick.  Colquitt begins the season at the Corky Kell Classic against Mill Creek on Saturday August 20th.
