VSU extends win streak to four with 24-17 win

LIVINGSTON, Ala. - Valdosta State withstood a comeback bid by West Alabama as the Blazers defeated the Tigers 24-17 in Gulf South Conference football action at Tiger Stadium Thursday night.

With the win, VSU improved to 6-2 overall and 4-2 in the GSC and the Blazers extended their win streak to four games in a row

Valdosta State returns to action next Saturday, November 8 when it steps out of GSC play as it travels to Pembroke, N.C. to take on UNC-Pembroke at 1:00 p.m.
