VALDOSTA, Ga. - The schedule for the upcoming NCAA Division II Women's Basketball South Regional has been announced with four games slated for quarterfinal action on Friday headlined by top-seeded Eckerd College's showdown with the No. 8 seed Lee at 5:00 p.m. in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The first game of the day on Friday will be between third-seeded Benedict and sixth-seeded Valdosta State at noon, while the No. 2 seed West Florida Argonauts take on seventh-seeded Nova Southeastern Sharks at 2:30 p.m.
The first day of competition concludes with a 7:30 p.m. tilt between No. 4 seed Rollins and the No. 5 seed Florida Southern.
Saturday's semifinal games will tip at 5 and 7:30 p.m., and the championship will be held on Monday, March 13, at 7 p.m.
TICKETS: The tournament schedule will be broken up into sessions, with ticket purchasing options available for each session at $15 each. A discounted session ticket can be purchased by students and senior citizens at $10 each. In addition, a tournament pass is available for purchase at $40. All tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
