VALDOSTA, Ga. - The Valdosta State football team will host its final home game of the season on Saturday as the Blazers celebrate homecoming against the Shorter Hawks. VSU enters the contest with a 4-2 record, including a 2-2 mark in GSC play, while Shorter is 3-3 on the season and 1-2 in league action.
Valdosta State has caught fire of late as the Blazers have out-scored opponents 102 to 6 the last two weeks while out-gaining foes by an average of 618.5 total yards to 200.0 in those games.
