VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - On Saturday afternoon, the Valdosta State Blazers secured their place in the Division II National Championship game after defeating Notre Dame (OH) 30-24.
The Blazers offense totaled 329 yards with redshirt-freshman Jamar Thompkins totaling 145 of that on the ground.
The championship game is set to take place on December 15th in Mckinney, Texas and the Blazers will be looking to secure their fourth title in program history.
The Blazers will play either Ferris State or Minnesota State.
