TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - At Morcom Aquatic Center in Tallahassee this weekend, close to thirty divers from three different states learned to dive, or worked on perfecting their craft, as Tomahawk Diving hosted their first of two diving clinics this summer.
The clinic was a good chance for divers to learn from several different coaches, meet new people, and check out the world class facility right in the heart of the Capital City.
"It brings people to our pool so they can see it, then they can plan training trips," said Tomahawk Diving head coach Chelsea Ale. "Teams will plan training trips. We actually have a team who's staying for an extra three days to train with our club program and so it's really nice because it just kind of expands our horizons and shows everyone what we can have and what we can do."
