TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Tallahassee Community College women's basketball team got its biggest win of the season on Thursday, knocking off Walters State (Tenn.) Community College 46-28 during the final day of the Capital Courtyard Classic.
Tallahassee finished the Classic a perfect 3-0 to improve to 9-1 on the season. Walters State dropped its final two games of the week and sits at 9-2.
On the men's side Southwest Tennessee Community College rebounded from its first loss of the season and knocked Tallahassee Community College from the ranks of the unbeaten, 84-76,
The Eagles are now 9-1 on the season while Southwest Tennessee improved to 8-1.
