NICEVILLE, Fla. – The Tallahassee Community College softball team will have to wait for another day to claim the Panhandle Conference regular season championship. The Eagles dropped both games of a doubleheader with Northwest Florida State on Tuesday, 2-1 and 2-0.
The Eagles still lead the PC standings at 15-3, four games ahead of the Raiders with six games remaining.
Tallahassee will host Pensacola State College on Thursday with a chance to claim the championship on its home field.
