TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – After climbing to No. 2 in this week's FCSAA Softball Coaches' Poll, Tallahassee Community College made a move up the national softball poll, receiving a No. 6 ranking from the National Junior College Athletic Association.
The Eagles celebrated the accomplishment on Thursday by sweeping a doubleheader from Pensacola State on the road.
The wins improved the Eagles record to 11-2 in Panhandle Conference play.
Tallahassee next comes back home and will host Gulf Coast State College at 1 pm Saturday.
