TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Tallahassee Community College's Mariah Rivera has been named Softball Pitcher of the Week by the Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) for the week of February 17-23.
Rivera, a Tallahassee native and former Lincoln High School standout, went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA and one save in three appearances during the voting period.
Rivera will lead the Eagles in to a big match up on Friday when they host NJCAA No. 5 Chattahoochee Valley (Ala.) Community College in game one of a three-game weekend series.
