TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - On Friday, several area high school football teams hit the field looking to close out the spring season strong with wins in spring football games.
At North Florida Christian, the Eagles hosted Taylor County, and the visiting Bulldogs came out on top 20-14. The junior varsity squad closed out the fourth quarter.
In Havana, East Gadsden looked to rebound off a one win season with a big win over Jefferson County, and they got it. The Jaguars won 30-7.
The Madison County Cowboys traveled to Gainesville for a three team jamboree with Eastside and Williston. Each team played two quarters against each other, with the Cowboys, going 2-0. Madison opened up the night with a 19-0 win over Eastside, and then closed things out by beating Williston 14-0.
