With day three of the Babe Ruth State Baseball tournament in Tallahassee coming to a close on Saturday, their is just one local team left standing.
The 15U Tallahassee squad ousted Bill Bond 14-2 to reach the state championship.
The boys from the big bend put up seven runs in the first inning and never looked back.The 15's from Hamilton County fell to Melrose 11-3 and the 13's from Wakulla fell to San Jose 15-8.
Head coach Brian Kelley and his boys will look to become the second local team to take home a state title.
First pitch against Melrose will take place bright and early from Tallahassee Community College at 8am.
