TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Community College Eagles are a young team, boasting just five sophomores. Entering Thursday night's doubleheader with visiting St. Johns River State College, the Eagles were 8-6 on the year.
They took game one 2-1, but the Vikings for St. Johns scored two early runs in the game two, and TCC could never recover. They added a run in the fifth off an error, but St. Johns River added two insurance runs in the top of the seventh to seal up the 4-1 win.
