JACKSONVILLE, Fl. (WTXL) - The Sneads Pirates looked for their fifth straight Class 1A State Championship Friday when they faced Union County, and the Tigers, didn't put up much of a fight.
Sneads cruised, winning in straight sets to capture their fifth straight crown. The win marked the end of the Sheila Roberts era in Sneads, as she is stepping down as head coach.
She did say that she would coach high school again, but is not naming her new location.
