RALEIGH, N.C. (WTXL) - A pair of Dagny Brynjarsdottir goals powered No. 2 Florida State to a 4-0 victory over NC State, Sunday afternoon at Dail Soccer Field in Raleigh.

"I thought our play was good and solid from start to finish," Florida State head coach Mark Krikorian said. "It was nice to come out and score an early goal to gain the momentum right away. Our kids managed the game well with good attacking and defending throughout the match."

Cheyna Williams and Emma Koivisto scored the first and second goals of the game, followed by one of Brynjarsdottir's two before halftime. The senior from Iceland would knock her second goal of the game in during the second half.

The Noles close out their home regular season schedule Friday night against Duke at 7:00. Since the match falls on Halloween, fans are encouraged to dress-up and Trick-or-Treat inside the Seminole Soccer Complex.
