TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida State women's tennis announced the addition of Yukako Noi to the program Tuesday.

Noi joines the Noles with two years of eligibility remaining after playing her freshman and sophomore seasons at Virginia Commonwealth.

"Yukako brings a very solid work ethic to our program, which is a wonderful complement to what we already demand," head coach Jennifer Hyde said. "She is very upbeat, outgoing and full of laughter and will bring a wealth of experience as an upperclassman to an already upperclassmen-heavy roster. We are excited for her addition and with her arrival this team is eight deep and eight strong - more than any team we've ever had in the history of Florida State tennis."

While at VSU, Noi compiled a 25-16 singles record and a 12-12 doubles record. She played mostly as the Rams No. 2 singles player and in the No. 1 doubles pairing.
