TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL)- On Saturday night, Rickards High School was home to the "Yep We Kan" All-Star Showcase. Some of the best ballers in the Big Bend converged, and the proceeds? Going to support Rickards girls basketball.
The big ticket? The dunk contest. Chiles High's Kamari Brown, who jumped over four athletes to win. The All-Star game followed, and the night really all about having fun.
"We here tonight to celebrate some of the Big Bend's talent," said Showcase director Will Stanley. "We've been doing this for seven years now, bringing in all the seniors, the best from Leon County, Gadsden County, Chipley, different cities like that. The main reason is to display all of their talent."
