TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - The Rickards Raiders celebrated a signing on Thursday, as basketball standout Marcus Louis inked with Thomas University, an NAIA program in Thomasville, Georgia.
Signing with TU was a no brainer for Marcus, who said they offered him a four year scholarship and to quote him - you can't beat that.
"It feels great. I was nervous earlier, but now I'm more relaxed!" he laughed. "It's a great feeling. I can't wait to get better, work hard and get ready for the next season."
Louis said he plans on studying Environmental Science.
