TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - While mother nature came out on top of several Big Bend baseball games on Tuesday night, some schools were able to get postseason games in.

In Class 3A, the Battle For Meridian Road will be played on Wednesday after lightning forced the postponement of North Florida Christian's match-up with rival Maclay. The Region 1 Championship game will be played Wednesday at 4:00 at North Florida Christian. The winner punches their ticket to the State Finals next week in Fort Myers.

In Class 2A, Aucilla Christian hosted Christ's Church Academy for the Region 1 crown, and the right to play in the Final Four. Christ's Church took an early lead, and didn't look back, eliminating the Warriors from the postseason with the 13-1 win.

In Class 1A, the Lafayette Hornets hosted Newberry for the Region 2 Championship, and the Hornets, ran away with the title, 14-4 to seal up their spot in the Class 1A State Finals. Liberty County fell in the Region 3 title game to Bozeman 5-0.
