Rattlers Fall 28-10 in Home Finale

Posted

Tallahassee, FL (WTXL) -- After a bye week the Rattlers could not pickup their second straight win. North Carolina A&T tops the Rattlers 28-10 in FAMU's finale home game this season.

FAMU was shutout in the first half and mustered just 124 yards of offense in the game.

"It's tough when you are one dimensional in your attack," FAMU head coach Alex Wood said. "I don't know any football team that's good enough to win when you are a one dimensional football team," Wood added.

FAMU earned its only touchdown of the game in the third quarter on a Carson Royal to Desmond Noird three yard touchdown pass after a special teams blocked punt. However the offense could only score a field goal in the fourth quarter. FAMU travels to Hampton this Saturday.
