VALDOSTA Ga - With a spot in the NCAA Playoffs on the line, Valdosta State plays its third straight road game Saturday against Florida Tech. VSU enters the contest with a 7-2 record overall and a 4-2 mark in GSC play while the Panthers are 6-4 on the season and 3-3 versus league foes.
Both teams feature high powered offenses. The Blazers averaging 35.6 points per game while the Panthers are just slightly better at 36.3. The difference will be on the defensive side of the ball where VSU will hold the advantage. The Black Swarm only gives up 16 points per game while opponents are scoring almost 30 points against West Florida.
